Note: the codes in this github repo are slightly different from those in each ‘Codes’ link. The versions in ‘Codes’ are designed to be used in combination with the accompanying slides. The versions in the github repo are intended to be more standalone.
In both cases these codes are written to be thorough in solving robustly, they involve slower, but known convergent, solution methods than many people would use in practice.
